                                 A BILL


 
 To amend the Legal Services Corporation Act to prohibit recipients of 
grants or contracts from the Legal Services Corporation from soliciting 
                    clients, and for other purposes.
    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Farmer/Attorney Integrity 
Restoration Act of 1995''.

SEC. 2. SOLICITATIONS.

    Section 1007(b) of the Legal Services Corporation Act (42 U.S.C. 
2996f(b)) is amended by striking ``or'' at the end of paragraph (9), by 
striking the period at the end of paragraph (10) and inserting ``; or'' 
and by adding at the end the following:
            ``(11) to enter private property for the purpose of 
        soliciting clients, meeting with individuals in addition to the 
        individuals who authorized entry on the private property, or 
        inspecting for possible legal actions which may be brought 
        against the owner of the private property .''.
